About Rogers Press

Rogers Press, an imprint of Rogers Publishing an Consulting, Inc. has served Texas Schools since 1988 with needs related to laws and rules of the Texas legislature and the State Board of Education and Commissioner of Education. Publications include The Texas Education Code, The Texas Administrative Code and Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). All of these publications are updated on a regular basis and The Texas Education Code is updated as soon as the Texas Legislature adjourns in May of alternate years and the Governor signs the bills.

Rogers Press also publishes School Board, a small book outlining the roles of the School Board and the Superintendent, How To Raise a Smarter Kid, a “how to book” for parents,

“Tips for Parents”, a pamphlet for parents and “Texas Schools’ Laws and Rules” a CD with hyperlinks to 13 different codes and agencies.

This web site includes the ability to print an order form and mail or fax it or e-mail an order. Signed “Sole Source Affidavits” and W-9 Forms are also on this Web Site.

Dr. Jim O. Rogers is the editor of Rogers Publishing and Consulting, which includes Rogers Press, Zone Press, and Hail Mary Press. Dr. Rogers has served Texas Schools for over forty years where he has serve as a Teacher, Coach, Principal, Special Education Director, Superintendent and Education Service Center Executive Director in addition to publishing materials for over 1,000 Texas Independent School Districts and Charter Schools.
